Job Overview

This residential construction company is actively building multiple projects across Sydney, with a strong presence in the northwest region.

The successful candidate will oversee the build of up to 22 new homes, including those in Kellyville, Box Hill, Rouse Hill, and Marsden Park.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule daily workloads effectively.
  • Manage labour and trades both directly and subcontracted.
  • Maintain regular weekly contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Keep stakeholders informed on progress and performance.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
  • Attend regular meetings with the Construction Manager to discuss project goals.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years' experience as a supervisor in residential construction.
  • Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally.
  • Previous experience managing multiple sites and working for a residential builder.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
