This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring seamless interactions between clients, projects, and vendors by overseeing inspection and testing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of project execution, with a focus on materials management. They should also possess strong technical skills, high technical aptitude, and experience reviewing specifications and interpreting standards.

Strong interpersonal and coordination skills are essential for this position. The selected individual must be able to facilitate quality kick-off meetings, review supplier inspection reports, and ensure they meet project requirements.

Additionally, knowledge of industry standards, including ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems, is required. Experience working in an EPCM environment is also beneficial.

Computer literacy and administrative skills are necessary for success in this role. Preferred candidates have 10 years of experience in a similar capacity, along with managerial training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing Vendor Quality Surveillance plans
  • Identifying equipment criticality ratings
  • Providing updates to VQS Leads
  • Facilitating quality kick-off meetings
  • Reviewing supplier inspection reports
