Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the consultant tendering process, including tender selection, due diligence, and contract negotiations.
  • Develop detailed scope of services and contract documents for inclusion in the tender and for contract execution.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are informed regarding preparation of the scope of services, including special requirements from Mirvac Development and design responsibilities from Mirvac Construction.
  • Manage contract negotiations with legal, commercial, and insurance teams to ensure input from all relevant parties.
  • Ensure each project has a viable and current execution plan to deliver the design of the project.
  • Appraise design options and facilitate proactive identification of value-add design and innovation in collaboration with the project team.
  • Undertake regular project reviews with the project team to discuss design outputs, documentation, buildability, drawings, and prototypes.
  • Drive effective communication with the design team to achieve design outcomes and timely decision making.
Requirements
  • Professionally qualified with experience at management level in projects under various delivery models and client types.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including being agile and flexible in approach and thinking.
  • Strong capability to write technical reports, briefs, and prepare visual presentations.
