Procurement professionals are needed to play a key role in our organization's strategic goals and objectives.

About The Role:

Our team is looking for an experienced Procurement Analyst/Officer to join our Procurement Enterprise Services unit. This position will be responsible for supporting all activities in the procurement lifecycle, including planning, sourcing, contract negotiation, contract management, stakeholder management, and supplier management.

  • This role will involve performing analytical and administrative duties within the Procurement Enterprise Services team, as well as taking responsibility for nominated portfolios across professional services (including consulting and legal), corporate and property services, and other related financial services.
  • The objective of this position is to support the delivery of procurement solutions that maximise value, manage risk, improve efficiencies, and ensure quality for the organisation.

About You:

We are looking for someone with experience in some or all aspects of the procurement lifecycle, including but not limited to: 'Go to Market' activities, proposal evaluation, commercial analysis, drafting and negotiation of contracts/agreements.

  • Experience in Professional and/or Corporate Services is desirable but not mandatory.
  • Experience in a centralised/multi-category environment would be beneficial.
  • Strong experience working as a procurement analyst/specialist in Financial Services (or similar) preferred.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Commercial and data-driven analytical skills and procurement acumen.
  • A confident communication style with the ability to tailor correspondence and advice across different stakeholders.
  • Experience in sourcing and procurement technology usage and/or implementation, spend analysis, supplier negotiations, contract development, and supplier risk management is desirable but not mandatory.
