Permanency Support Caseworker

CareSouth is seeking a skilled and compassionate Caseworker to join our Permanency Support team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting vulnerable children and families in our community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide holistic support to children, young people, and their families, working collaboratively with carers, service providers, and other stakeholders.
- Develop and implement individualized plans to achieve positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Conduct home visits, assessments, and other interventions as required.
- Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of best practice in child protection.
- Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working with vulnerable children and families.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a high-performing team.
- Current driver's license and willingness to undergo a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
