We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lecturer in Psychology to join our team.
About the Role- The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality education practices and delivery sessions that engage learners effectively.
- You will ensure that teaching materials and resources meet all regulatory standards, training packages, and related requirements.
- Maintain a positive learning environment, encouraging students to take responsibility for their own learning.
- Adapt learning and assessment materials to cater for different students, learning environments, facilities, and resources.
- You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in transferring knowledge, including the ability to research, select, and use a wide range of learning resources and assessment tools.
- Tertiary qualifications at AQF level 8 or above in Psychology, or Master of Professional Psychology, or Master of Clinical Psychology, or PhD in Psychology or cognate discipline.
- Experience leading or being involved in research is essential.
- An estimated salary of $96,817.34 - $108,776.67 p.a., plus superannuation benefits.
