Case Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Case Worker to provide support to foster and kinship carers, working towards the placement goal of the child or young person.

  • The successful candidate will manage a caseload of Foster Carers and Children and Young People as service users, delivering out-of-home care placement and post-placement supervision services.
  • Key responsibilities include recruiting, assessing and supporting carers, ensuring supports meet legislative requirements and promoting reunification and long-term stability for children in care.
