The primary objective of this position is to lead and direct a school department in achieving its goals and objectives.
- Develop and articulate a shared educational vision that focuses on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life by promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance through effective planning, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development to enhance leadership skills and knowledge.
- Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups to foster collaboration and mutual support.
- Be futures oriented and strategic in leading the department towards sustainable growth and success.
