About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Air Liquide Healthcare Australia. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and promoting our medical gases, homecare, and sleep services to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on CPAP equipment, set-ups, and ongoing services to customers
  • Interact with physicians, hospitals, and medical service providers to promote our products and services
  • Maintain and sterilize clinic equipment to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers
  • Process orders and conduct clinic stocktakes to ensure accurate inventory management
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a retail, healthcare, or sales environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a clinic setting
  • Sound customer service experience, including customer lifecycle stages
  • Computer skills and confidence in using Google suites
  • Interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills
