Job Title: Retail Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Consultant to join our team in Mentone. As a Retail Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our retail customers and builders, renovators, and designer clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met with care and attention.
  • Provide expertise in leading bathroom brands and guide customers in selecting the best products for their projects.
  • Efficiently handle quotes, orders, and communication through emails and phone calls, maintaining a smooth process.
  • Utilize our advanced 3D Planner to visually bring customers' dream bathroom designs to life, enhancing their decision-making experience.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
