About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our early childhood education service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of our children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Lead a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning experiences for children
  • Collaborate with the Assistant Director and Educational Leader to ensure a unified approach to meeting National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to educators to improve their teaching practice
  • Ensure the service is well-resourced and inclusive, with a strong commitment to creating a nurturing environment
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications and experience in early childhood education
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with the team to achieve quality outcomes
  • Passion for creating a positive and enriching learning environment for children
