This role is responsible for leading a team of commercial painters on various projects, prioritizing quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a small team of painters to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Leading Hand in commercial painting projects.
  • Proficiency in spray application techniques and general commercial painting practices.
  • EWP/HRW license preferred but not essential.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with the team.
  • Ability to undergo regular Working With Children Check, National Police Check, and drug and alcohol testing.
  • Flexibility to travel for work assignments.
