About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Technical Compliance Officer to join our No Go Zone team. As a key member of our Customer Services Group, you will be responsible for managing works in and around the No Go Zone, providing specialist support and advice to internal and external customers, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide technical expertise and guidance on CitiPower Powercor's register of underground and overhead assets, Permits to Work, and the No Go Zone process.
- Work closely with internal and external customers to resolve queries and issues related to asset management and compliance.
- Apply policies, procedures, and standards for Dial Before You Dig inquiries, Permit to Work concepts, and CitiPower Powercor information systems.
- Ensure timely and accurate registration, response, and actioning of customer requests.
- Certificate of Competency (Distribution Systems) or equivalent qualification.
- Proficient in the use of standard industry underground cable locators and application of VESI guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
