About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Specialist to join our team at Medtronic Australia. As a key member of our technical services team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide in-house repair service and technical support to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals.
  • Offer technical advice and guidance to customers, sales teams, and healthcare professionals on product-related queries, issues, and problems.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to provide technical data and support for product demonstrations.
  • Act as a liaison between sales teams and customers on technical matters.
  • Develop and deliver technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 0 years of experience, or a diploma with 2 years of relevant experience, or a vocational certificate with 4 years of relevant experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in technical services is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in repairing and servicing medical devices is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
