Our Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join our team on a contractual basis. As a sole trader, you will have the flexibility to choose your own hours and work at your own pace.

Job Details

We regularly receive new roles with various shifts, including afternoons, evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. You will be paid additional allowances for working these shifts.

We may also have roles that require you to transport participants to access the community. You will be paid a transport allowance for utilizing your vehicle and your time.

Becoming a Disability Support Worker with Us

To become a Disability Support Worker with us, you will need to have an ABN and meet certain qualifications and requirements. These include:

  • Proof of Right to Work in Australia.
  • Relevant Australian qualifications, such as a Certificate III in Individual Support.
  • Current Police Clearance.
  • First Aid and CPR Certification.
  • Worker Orientation Module 'Quality, Safety and You'.
