Senior Consultant - Tax Advisory

This role plays a pivotal part in the Global Mobility Services team by helping clients manage their individual income tax obligations and regulatory compliance for internationally mobile workforces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting clients with tax obligations and compliance initiatives
  • Utilizing data delivery tools and technology to provide value and deliver accurate tax returns on time
  • Driving innovation and continuous improvement in compliance and processing activities
  • Managing a portfolio of multinational clients
  • Ensuring tax compliance deliverables are technically accurate and prepared to a high standard, finalized and submitted within agreed timeframes
Requirements:
  • Qualifications from TAFE or University in any discipline
  • Experience in personal income tax return compliance is highly desirable
  • Exposure to international tax matters will be highly regarded
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative and influencing skills with ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • An honest and ethical approach to business that aligns with KPMG's values
