
Air Warfare Centre Cyber Capabilities Manager

About the Role: As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for formulating requirements, planning and managing the delivery of Cyber Capabilities functions. This includes cyber preparedness and security, as well as CIS planning for exercises and capability development to improve Air Force CIS capabilities.
Responsibilities: Engage with stakeholders across the organization to identify and scope CIS contributions to activities, develop work plans to deliver required artefacts, and ensure that your team's outputs align with strategic objectives.
Skills and Qualifications: You will exercise leadership skills and knowledge to set goals, communicate expected outcomes, and monitor performance. Additionally, project management skills including planning, scope definition, and delivery management are essential, along with identification of risks and resolution of issues.
