In this newly established position, as the Business Analyst – Sustainability, you will be an integral part of the People, Culture & Communications team, reporting directly to the Head of Sustainability. Your role will involve gathering, analyzing, and presenting sustainability data to guide investment choices and strategic company decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and uphold sustainability reporting frameworks and dashboards.
  • Deliver insights and strategic recommendations derived from data analysis to bolster ESG investment strategies.
  • Collaborate with various teams to incorporate sustainability data into financial models.
  • Assist in formulating sustainability policies and practices.
  • Engage with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements related to sustainability.
  • Devise and execute sustainability initiatives that align with corporate objectives and ESG standards.
  • Track and report on the advancement of sustainability projects, offering insights and suggestions for enhancement.
  • Work closely with the Sustainability Manager to prepare and present reports to stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, particularly in sustainability projects.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to convert complex data into strategic insights.
  • Proficient in data analysis and quantitative methods, including data manipulation, interpretation, and visualization.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • A collaborative approach with the capability to work across functions and engage with various levels of staff.
