As the Head of Talent, you will be responsible for leading our National Talent Acquisition team through a strategic talent journey. Based in Melbourne, Sydney, or Brisbane and working within a flexible hybrid model, you will foster a collaborative environment that drives innovation and continuous improvement. Your role will involve nurturing a positive team culture while driving strategic talent sourcing and partnering opportunities, ensuring process improvement and delivering high-quality talent acquisition services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead national or multi-state talent acquisition teams within a large complex service industry
  • Develop and execute strategic recruitment-focused workforce planning, sourcing and high-volume recruitment
  • Collaborate with executive and senior leaders to embed sourcing strategies that align with organisational values and mission
  • Deliver measurable impact through innovation and people leadership

Centralising and optimising recruitment functions across multiple states will be a key focus area. Collaboration with senior leaders will be crucial in shaping recruitment-driven workforce planning, embedding diversity and inclusion strategies, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and impact. Your leadership will play a pivotal role in attracting and retaining exceptional talent who share our vision of providing Better and Fairer Care, Always.
