As a Sales Representative with AFGRI Equipment, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, converting prospects, and achieving maximum sales profitability and growth within an assigned territory. You will sell new and used agricultural machinery and equipment to new and existing customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing and maintaining a sales system that recognizes and enforces concepts leading to customer loyalty and referrals
  • Maintaining and building on sales to ensure department profitability
  • Developing clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
  • Resolving customer problems and complaints in a timely manner
  • Establishing and maintaining good working relationships with all other departments to reduce conflict and maximize Dealership Profitability
  • Providing current information to JDL/ANDZ to support Dealership operations
