Capacity Planning Manager, APAC Region

Drive strategic programs to create and manage supply/capacity at our Data Centers in the Asia Pacific region. Improve infrastructure utilization and availability by working closely with stakeholders across various teams.

You will engage effectively with Technical Program Managers, Engineers, Supply Chain teams, Business Development Managers, and Product Managers in planning and executing these programs. Collaboration with partners is also essential for delivering these initiatives efficiently.

As a Capacity Planning Manager, you will look for opportunities to optimize resources and speed up deliverables while dealing with ambiguity and finding solutions independently. You'll be part of a diverse team that values inclusivity, mentorship, career growth, work-life balance, and professional development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of technical infrastructure management experience, knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies, and expertise in business intelligence and data visualization tools like Tableau. Basic to intermediate programming skills are also necessary, including SQL, Visual Basic, or other programming languages.

Additional qualifications include advanced forecast modeling techniques, such as safety stock optimization and sensitivity analysis, as well as experience with varying scenarios of infrastructure builds and analyzing data to drive data-driven decisions.
