Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Optimization Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and optimize Linux-based development environments for multiple engineering teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and streamlined workflows.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve deployment pipelines for internal tools and trading infrastructure, leveraging automation and continuous integration techniques.
  • Oversee CI/CD ecosystems, from configuration to monitoring and continuous improvement, to ensure seamless delivery of high-quality software.
  • Maintain secure and reliable artifact storage, providing fast, consistent access to build outputs and dependencies.
  • Coordinate production releases, including validation and post-deployment checks, to minimize downtime and maximize system availability.
  • Monitor the health and performance of CI/CD infrastructure and developer toolchains, identifying areas for optimization and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in optimizing Linux-based development environments and deploying scalable infrastructure solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and version control systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize process improvements.
