Job Title: Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join our team at Unyte Eastern. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating projects, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering our scope efficiently, safely, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the program, budgets, and quality assurance of all projects to ensure a high-quality project is delivered.
  • Build strong client relationships that position Unyte for repeat work.
  • Manage site safety and environmental compliance on the project.
  • Be the focal point for all trades and labour in your area.
  • Ensure a strong safety culture is upheld across our site operations.
Requirements:
  • Current Driver's License.
  • Similar experience in Civil Supervisor positions across QLD.
  • Ideally having completed a Cert III in Civil Construction, and a Cert IV Supervision in Civil Construction.
  • Flexibility in being able to travel regionally and work away from home.
  • Self-motivated, ability to implement and lead change, and a strong work ethic.
