Construction Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our Brisbane team at our Heathwood site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, installation, removal, upgrades, and refurbishment of our media assets, including bus shelters and retail signage.

This is a varied role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with subcontractors, clients, and contractors. You will be responsible for planning, monitoring, and supervising works to achieve outcomes, and will have the opportunity to work on a range of projects and develop your skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Read and understand architectural and engineering documents to inform project decisions
  • Experience using project management systems and software is desirable
  • Quoting and estimating experience is essential
  • Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration
  • Develop and maintain strong negotiation and influencing skills to achieve project goals
  • Utilize outstanding communication and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
