This role offers a challenging and rewarding experience for skilled Digger Fitters to join our shutdown and maintenance team in Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:- Diagnose, repair, and maintain heavy mining and earthmoving equipment efficiently.
- Perform scheduled shutdown maintenance tasks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Quickly identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues with minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve job completion within set timeframes.
- Maintain high standards of workplace health and safety at all times.
- Proven experience working with heavy machinery, including excavators, diggers, or other large earthmoving equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and effective troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work flexible schedules and adapt to shutdown rotations.
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Current driver's license and relevant industry tickets.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.
- Heavy machinery operation and maintenance expertise.
- Advanced mechanical troubleshooting and repair abilities.
