About the Role

We are seeking skilled Digger Fitters to join our team in providing labour support to surface and underground mining operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience with a variety of CAT 6060, Liebherr & Hitachi diggers and hold an Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct shutdown maintenance and component changes on mobile plant equipment
  • Maintain digger availability to limit downtime
  • Work independently and as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience with CAT 6060, Liebherr & Hitachi diggers
  • Australian recognised Trade Certificate (Cert III in Mobile Plant Technology)
  • Experience in component changes / shutdown maintenance
  • An understanding of digger availability to limit downtime
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
