We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance professional to lead our software quality efforts.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in our products. This involves developing and implementing comprehensive software quality plans spanning pre-release, beta testing, verification & validation, and limited release phases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Software Quality Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive software quality plans that span the entire lifecycle of our products, from development to delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, end-users, and external contractors to conduct quality checks at defined milestones.
  • Feedback Management: Gather, manage, and escalate feedback from test partners to Product Strategy and other relevant stakeholders.
  • QA Infrastructure Management: Maintain operational readiness and optimal condition of QA hardware, demo servers, and lab resources.
  • Hardware and Software Oversight: Oversee hardware and software infrastructure used in QA and training environments.
  • EOL Materials Management: Manage end-of-life (EOL) materials, replacements, license renewals, pricing updates, and technical configurations for hardware pass-through and test environments.
Requirements:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a healthcare or regulated software environment.
  • Understanding: Strong understanding of software testing life cycles and quality processes.
  • Beta Program Experience: Experience managing or working with beta programs and limited releases.
  • Laboratory Experience: Familiarity with QA-related hardware and lab environment management.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead cross-functional coordination with excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Radiation Oncology Expertise: Experience working with radiation oncology platforms is a strong plus.
