Key Role: Director Digital Delivery

This is a critical leadership position responsible for driving digital transformation and innovation across the organisation. The successful candidate will lead development and gaming teams in delivering technology solutions that meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Portfolio management: Manage a defined program of technology projects that reflect business priorities, risk appetite, and resource capacity.
  • Resource management: Effectively utilise skillsets and contracted resources to achieve solution objectives within the defined Technology Road Map, policies, standards, and processes.
  • Issues response: Provide timely support and resolution of technology application issues.
  • Technology solutions: Collaborate with architecture and other technology teams to deliver innovative customer-focused technology solutions that are sustainable and provide business benefit.
  • Vendor management: Oversee and manage technology application and service contracts, building partnerships that realise external benefits.
