Senior Agile Leadership Role

About the Role:

  • Your leadership will elevate team engagement, productivity, and morale while championing a culture of continuous improvement.
Responsibilities:
  1. Agile Leadership: Be the Lean-Agile champion, inspiring your teams to embrace Agile values and deliver excellence.
  2. Drive Team Success: Help your squads hit goals, boost performance, and deliver results with speed and efficiency.
  3. Foster Continuous Improvement: Push for growth, guide retrospectives, and empower your teams to take ownership.
About You:

We are looking for someone with demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or agile leader, together with digital product delivery. You will bring proven expertise in Agile coaching and driving impactful results.

You will also be proficient in JIRA, Confluence, Miro, or similar tools with Oil and gas industry experience.

A minimum of 6+ years demonstrated experience as a Senior Scrum Master or equivalent agile role, ideally with experience working in a scaled agile environment/managing multiple squads.

Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is highly desirable.
