We are seeking a dedicated and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Service Team Member.

About the Role:
  • Provide face-to-face customer service, greeting customers with a positive attitude.
  • Ensure customers have a great experience within the organisation.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Support the management team and daily operations.
  • Keep customers updated on delivery lead times.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections.
  • Explore customer needs and educate them on services offered.
  • Process invoices and raise job authorities as required.
  • Schedule repair bookings.
About You:
  • You possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • You have outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • You must hold a valid driver's license.
  • You can resolve issues and create solutions for customers.
  • You assist the management team with administrative tasks.
  • You can work in a fast-paced environment.
  • You have strong time management and prioritisation skills.
  • You have intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.

This role requires full Australian work rights.
