Branch Customer Advisor – Banking – Port Macquarie

Responsibilities
  • Support NAB's Port Macquarie branch by being the first point of contact for our customers; putting them at the centre of everything you do.
  • Identify the most suitable products and services for customers: like account opening, unsecured lending and banking transactions.
  • Demonstrate our Smarter Banking options (self-service and digital) for customers; making banking simple, easy and secure.
Hours

Hours: Monday – Friday, 30+ hours per week. The role hours are 9:00am – 4:15pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9:00am – 5:15pm on Thursday.
