Team Leadership Opportunity

This is a management role where you will oversee and guide a team of 5 property managers and support staff. It's ideal for someone with service-focused skills, strong knowledge of legislation and a drive to advance their career.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 100 properties
  • Resolve any issues that may arise
  • Mentor and develop junior team members' skills
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in property management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills and the ability to lead by example. A reliable vehicle is also required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in property management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Agents Rep/Estate Agents license
