About the Role
This exciting opportunity is part of Laing O'Rourke Group's efforts to drive digital transformation and enhance its operational efficiency. As the IT Power Platform Governance Lead, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's Power Platform strategy and ensuring its successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Power Platform Governance: Develop and maintain a robust governance framework for the Power Platform, ensuring compliance with company standards and best practices.
- Solutions Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deploy Power Platform solutions that meet business requirements and drive operational excellence.
- User Community Support: Provide expert guidance and support to business teams and Power BI champions, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to leverage the Power Platform effectively.
- Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders and IT teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency through the effective use of the Power Platform.
About You
- Microsoft Certified: Hold a Microsoft certification in Power Platform or a related field.
- Power Platform Expertise: Possess extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying Power Platform solutions, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to tailor your message and language to different audiences.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable advice for stakeholders.
