Senior Consultant - Power Platform

XAM Consulting is a high-growth company that leverages the latest technologies to drive innovation. We're seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to work on complex projects, design solution architectures, and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop innovative solutions using Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
  • Lead enterprise-level software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Document and implement estimating processes for multiple types of projects and customers, streamlining our workflow
  • Take overall ownership of project delivery from a technical perspective, ensuring seamless execution
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high standards of quality and security
  • Refactor and modernize existing applications to ensure they remain relevant and efficient
Requirements:
  • Deep understanding of Power Platform solutions and their applications
  • Practical experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, with a strong focus on innovation and problem-solving
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, with a solid grasp of its capabilities and limitations
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills
Nice to Have:
  • Experience leading software development teams, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience helping others improve their skills and knowledge, with a focus on mentorship and growth
  • Practical experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies, such as Azure services
  • Understanding of security in Azure and Power Platform, with a focus on ensuring the highest levels of security and compliance
  • Commercial experience building and deploying applications using Power Platform and Azure services, with a focus on scalability and reliability

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and solutions
  • A self-starter with a passion for learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry trends
  • Strong problem-solving skills, a can-do attitude, and a polyglot developer mindset
