Senior Consultant Opportunity at XAM Consulting

XAM Consulting is a high-growth company seeking a seasoned Senior Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our technical team, you will work on complex projects, leveraging the latest technologies, including Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.

Your primary objective will be to work as a Senior Consultant on one or more projects simultaneously, ensuring client satisfaction. This will involve solving complex problems, designing solution architectures, mentoring the team, and implementing software best practices.

As a Senior Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing solutions using Power Platform - Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
  • Leading enterprise-level software development on projects
  • Documenting and implementing estimating processes for multiple types of projects and customers
  • Taking overall ownership of project delivery from a technical perspective
  • Conducting code reviews and refactoring apps

We are looking for someone with:

  • In-depth understanding of Power Platform solutions
  • Knowledge and practical experience in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude

Nice to have:

  • Experience leading software development teams
  • Experience helping others improve
  • Practical experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft technologies
  • Understanding of security in Azure and Power Platform
  • Commercial experience building and deploying applications using Power Platform and Azure services
