Engineer Mechanical

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing machinery and equipment by assembling metal components and subassemblies, diagnosing and maintaining machinery including repair and overhaul of fluid power equipment and mechanical parts, utilizing precision measuring instruments to ensure the accuracy, clearance, and fit of assembled and fabricated metal parts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Constructing machinery and equipment by assembling metal components and subassemblies.
  • Diagnosing and maintaining machinery including repair and overhaul of fluid power equipment and mechanical parts.
  • Utilizing precision measuring instruments to ensure the accuracy, clearance, and fit of assembled and fabricated metal parts.
  • Efficiently and safely operating equipment.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a workshop.
  • Trade Certificate.
  • Forklift ticket - Highly regarded.
  • Safety conscious.
