Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Mechanical Equipment Technician. This role involves the installation, maintenance, and repair of gas equipment at customer sites, ensuring all systems operate safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, effective communication skills, and a willingness to work independently. They should also have hands-on experience with gas fittings, copper piping, crimp fittings, and brazing, as well as experience with plumbing or mechanical fitters qualifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation, maintenance, and repair of gas equipment on customer sites
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of equipment to ensure compliance with codes and standards
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting services for equipment issues
  • Collaborate with local project management and sales teams to ensure seamless delivery of projects
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in plumbing or equipment servicing
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with gas fittings, copper piping, crimp fittings, and brazing
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
