National Bridge LeadAs a seasoned bridge engineer, you will lead the bridge engineering capability across Australia and provide technical expertise to clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience in bridge engineering and be recognized by clients at state level.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams and ensure timely completion of projects;
- Contract negotiations and contract management;
- Project management and technical leadership across various projects;
- Mentoring and development of technical staff;
- Team expansion and hiring;
Qualifications and Experience Required:
- A degree in civil engineering or related field;
- Extensive industry experience as a bridge engineer;
- Understanding of design and analysis of bridges and civil structures;
- Flexible attitude and ability to lead or direct a group of technical staff;
- Knowledge of Australian Standards and current engineering principles;
- Track record of delivering complex multidisciplinary projects on time and to budget;
