About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sourcing Specialist to join our team at Remote Staff. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including professional networks and online platforms.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of candidate information and recruitment metrics.
  • Provide regular updates and insights to the recruitment team and management on recruitment progress and trends.
Requirements
  • Proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist, Sourcer, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs) and other Human Resources Management Software.
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and resume databases.
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously.
  • BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
