Midwest JH Football Assistant Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Football Aide to join our team at Natrona County School. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the head coach in planning and implementing football practices and games, as well as ensuring the safety and well-being of student athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the head coach in planning and implementing football practices and games
- Ensure the safety and well-being of student athletes
- Coordinate with the Assistant Principal/Athletic Director (AD) or Athletic & Activities Facilitator (AAF) on all matters pertaining to scheduling, eligibility, and conduct
- Ensure all athletic participants have a current physical examination prior to starting practice
- Ensure all athletic equipment and uniforms are inspected, cleaned, and/or repaired prior to issuing to participants
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, participation, and eligibility
- Communicate effectively with student athletes, parents, and staff
- Current PTSB Coaching Certificate
- Current CPR/First Aid card
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, nights, and on weekends (excluding Sundays)
- Ability to communicate effectively with student athletes, parents, and staff
The Football Aide will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The successful candidate must be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
