Midwest JH Football Assistant Coach

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Coach to join our Junior High Football team at Natrona County School. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and implementing football practices and games.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Coach in developing and implementing game plans and practice schedules.
- Supervise and instruct student athletes during practices and games.
- Ensure all athletic equipment and uniforms are inspected, cleaned, and/or repaired prior to issuing to participants.
- Maintain accurate records of player attendance, participation, and progress.
- Communicate effectively with parents, students, and school administrators.
Requirements:
- Current PTSB Coaching Certificate.
- Current CPR/First Aid certification.
- Ability to work afternoons, evenings, nights, and on weekends (excluding Sundays).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Working Conditions:
The Assistant Coach will work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines and changing priorities. The successful candidate must be able to work effectively in a team environment and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
