Role Summary

This role is pivotal in delivering strategic risk management for technology and data, ensuring effective implementation and ongoing improvements across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver and enhance the technology and data risk strategy to safeguard business operations.
  • Oversee the deployment and continuous enhancement of the GRC system.
  • Develop educational materials and facilitate training sessions to equip stakeholders with knowledge on technology risks.
  • Provide oversight on cyber, technology, and data risks to ensure their effective management across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements through AI-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate in developing risk appetite statements and key risk indicators.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in technology risk and GRC.
  • Strong leadership and engagement skills.
  • Expertise in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in the general insurance industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with risk management systems and AI-driven process improvements.
