Job Description

As a Relief Cook, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality meal services to residents across multiple communities. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare, cook, and serve meals in line with community menus and dietary requirements.

You will ensure all meals are well-presented, nutritious, and delivered on time. Additionally, you will raise awareness of healthy eating practices to community members, maintain kitchen hygiene standards, monitor and record food temperatures, and follow food safety procedures.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this position include ensuring timely delivery of meals, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and adhering to food safety protocols.

Requirements
  • Food Safety Supervisor Accreditation or willingness to obtain
  • National Police Check current and valid
  • C-Class Driver's Licence and own vehicle
  • First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Knowledge of HACCP and safe food handling practices
