Job Description:

  • Lead technical development and support of middleware applications, including Oracle Service Bus (OSB) and Oracle SOA Suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and support of critical business projects.
  • Manage Level 2 and 3 support, resolving production issues and providing data solutions as required.
  • Prepare technical design documents, configuration, data migration, and integration activities.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will have experience in middleware application design and development, with expertise in XML, WSDL, SOAP, and JMS. They will also have hands-on experience with Oracle's Fusion Middleware and WebLogic Server 12.x. Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and client support are essential.

About the Role:

This is a great opportunity for a highly skilled Middleware Solutions Architect to provide their expertise and support to a Federal Government department. The initial 12-month contract offers a stable income and the possibility of extensions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3-8 years of experience in middleware application design and development, with expertise in XML, WSDL, SOAP, and JMS.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle's Fusion Middleware and WebLogic Server 12.x.
  • Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving and client support.
  • Relevant qualifications in IT or substantial equivalent experience; ITIL knowledge preferred.

Salary Estimate: $120-$180 per hour
