Are you an exceptional leader with a passion for education and early childhood development?

We are seeking a highly skilled Centre Director to join our team, responsible for overseeing the operations of our centre and leading our talented team of educators.

About the Role

The Centre Director is a key leadership position that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage and develop high-performing teams.

  • Leadership: Lead and inspire a talented team of early learning professionals, sharing your knowledge and contributing to a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Operational Management: Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance, including financial management, risk management, and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with families, communities, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of educators and support staff.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve centre performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with families and communities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
  • Proven commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management.
