Elevate support care is a registered NDIS company seeking dedicated and experienced Support Workers to join our team in Traralgon.
About the RoleThis is an opportunity for you to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. As a Support Worker, you will provide direct support to clients in accordance with their NDIS plans, assist them with daily living activities, and implement strategies to promote independence.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct support to individuals with disabilities in accordance with their NDIS plans.
- Assist clients with daily living activities, personal care, and medication administration.
- Implement strategies to promote independence, community participation, and social inclusion.
We are looking for candidates with:
- Certificate IV in Disability Support or a related field.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a Support Worker.
- Manual Handling: Proficient in manual handling techniques and procedures.
- Medication Administration: Competent in providing medication as prescribed.
- Near Work Location: In person
