Job Overview

Seeking a seasoned Configuration and Asset Management expert to drive innovation and excellence in our Technology Service Operations Group.

This exceptional opportunity allows the right candidate to shape the future of Configuration and Asset Management, delivering efficient and effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and govern processes, policies, and procedures to maintain the integrity of the Configuration Management Database.
  • Drive the Configuration and Asset Management strategy through data-driven decision making.
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes and procedures to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the health and accuracy of the Configuration Management Database to ensure asset data quality.
  • Develop and distribute regular reporting using BMC Smart reporting and dashboard functionality.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Data and Service Management with a background in Technology Operations.
  • Excellent consultation skills interfacing with Technical and Business stakeholders.
  • Strong foundation in ITIL (v4 Foundations certified).
  • Advanced knowledge of BMC Helix ITSM/CMDB products including reporting and dashboards.
