Configuration Manager

Transform the military capabilities of U.S. and allied forces with advanced technology.

  • Rapidly analyze logistics support to identify areas for improvement in supply chain, maintenance, and operations.
  • Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to integrate logistics considerations into product design and planning.
  • Determine spare parts provisioning lists, publication requirements, and training needs.
  • Populate the S-BOM with critical attributes and prepare the loading of the As-Maintained (AM-BOM).
  • Monitor the configuration of As-Maintained Assets, execute Physical Configuration Audits, and feed back critical design changes.
  • Partner with engineering teams to set LSA and CM requirements, identify opportunities, and improve existing processes.
  • Build an end-to-end path maintaining product definition from requirements to as-maintained records.
  • Drive speed, accuracy, and efficiency in configuration management activities using AI tools.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years experience in technician roles in high-rigor environments such as aerospace, maritime, or medical devices.
  • Experience with configuration management and product lifecycle management concepts.
  • Familiarity with distilling LSA requirements from industry standards and regulations.
  • Expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Proficiency in Teamcenter, Confluence, and JIRA is advantageous.
  • Database skills with SQL queries are beneficial.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with complex data interpretation.
  • Excellent organizational, detail-oriented, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Eligibility for Australian Government Negative Vetting 2 security clearance (NV2).
