Job Overview

As a showroom consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will work closely with the sales team to identify customer needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional, approachable, and informative service to customers on all products.
  • Identify customer needs and wants and provide a consultative/solution based service.
  • Develop quotations, process sales orders, manage deliveries, and returns.
  • Resolve all concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail sales experience is required.
  • A design or design background is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.
  • You must be a self-motivated team player capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
