**The role**:
This role is to assist with the day-to-day management of the Enterprise Customer Onboarding & Mastering Domain support function. The Product Consultant will also support our business partners across B&PB and PB to identify opportunities to improve adoption of our onboarding experiences, including through training and tools.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Conduct business verification of new changes implemented which could occur on weekends and out of office hours.
- Work with Domain Product Owners to assist in identifying opportunities for future improvements in our onboarding experiences.
- Support the broader Domain team with general operational activities.
- Role is essential to deliver on ECOM strategy to be fast, digital, effortless, and supporting our bankers through capability uplift for business onboarding and Know Your Customer (KYC).
- Managing risk and controls and ensuring effectiveness of our risk environment
- Product Design & Development
- Reporting
- Contribute to overall objectives and commitments of the broader Domain
- Contribute to broader Digital, Data & Analytics (DD&A) Division strategy and outcomes

**What you will bring**:

- Frontline Banking or back-office experience with Business & Personal customers and processes
- Prior business outcome delivery experience is desirable
- Excellent knowledge of business and personal onboarding at NAB across different entity types
- Good working knowledge of KYC/AML requirements in relation to customer onboarding
- Familiar with tooling such as Excel, SharePoint, Grace, Confluence, Clarity & frontline banking systems knowledge such as eBOBS, nabONE, Siebel, PEGA
- Actively contribute to broader team initiatives by providing SME knowledge to help identify areas for improvement
